In 2005 we celebrated the 60^th Anniversary of the liberation of the Netherlands. The Dutch high school, Sg. St.-Canisius, participated with a successful project, called Echoes. At 5 May 2010 we will celebrate 65^th Anniversary. Maurits Kamman, a history teacher, took with his bilingual class the initiative to start a second Echoes project, Echoes 2. He collaborated with Marc Vreeswijk (ICT Co-ordinator at Canisius) and Bob Hofman (Global Teenager Project).
The purpose of Echoes 2 will be connecting past, present and future together in `Echoes from the past; Poems for the future`

Phase 1          

One TTO-class (a bilingual class) from Canisius will work together with a class from Miramichi Valley High School via a wiki, video conferencing and web clips. The purpose is to find out when and how to implement video conferencing or web clips into your lesson. The pupils will have to make a poem, which will be saved in the pupils’ language portfolio as web clips.
