On July 11th 2010 we visited Danny and Sheila McLeod who live in Kingston, Ontario Canada.We as in Canisius teacher Maurits Kamman and Students Mart en Sil (Canisius, Almelo) and Project Coordinator Bob Hofman who made this trip during their iEARN 2010 World Conference in Barrie, Ontario. Student Sil Besselink handed Veteran Danny McLeod the first copy of the “Echoes of the Past – Poems of the Future” Poem Booklet. This Poem Booklet contains over 170 poems created by students that participated in the 2 Echoes Learning Circles. The booklet has been designed and created by Koen Hofman (Boricus).
Sil Besslink offers the iEARN/GTP Echoes Poem booklet to Sheila and Danny McLeod.

“Why are people fighting”
The Poem Booklet contains a selection of 177 poems made by the students of the Echoes learning circles.
Sheila was really touched and give a personal Poem booklet to Sil in return; signed as memory to the visit.
