From Bob: In between the workshops I visited the booth of the InfoCor company; I spoke with Mr. Bob Machajewski and his team. InfoCor created a very flexible solution to allow students, and especially those with a disability, to use a SMART board. The combination of a short throw projector and a tilting mechanism, called ‘Satalight’ enables an amazing way of using the digital school boards. While discussing the possibilities with our CTG participants, Janneke tried the board and the idea was born to make the 2009  ‘SMART teaching and Learning’ course inclusive and see if we can equip a school in Canada and a school in The Netherlands with a Satalight and include them in the course. So ALL participants in the ‘SMART teaching and Learning’ course experience inclusive learning. The Satalight will be shippable as of December 2008.I will for sure discuss this with Mrs. Anita Townsend from the Simcoe County District School Board in Ontario while visiting SMART technologies in Toronto on October 24th. To be continued!
Presentation ‘Tailor made’ of Hans, Jan, Ted en Benjo.
