| 48 Dutch and American students use this wiki as a collaborative learning environment. They are getting to know each other’s backgrounds and countries, while investigating common values like tolerance, citizenship, democracy and legal security.They will meet in New York from September 7 – 11 2009. On September 11, the students and teachers will celebrate ‘Dutch Legacy’ day and present their work to the Dutch Minister of Education, Culture and Science, Mr. Plasterk.During the project week in September, the students will Daily report from the United States and upload their observations to this wiki. Please check back for the results of this exciting exchange, which celebrates 400 years of friendship between the Netherlands and the United States.
