Participating trainers:
Develop a clear view on role and responsibilities as teacher trainerExperience virtual collaborative learning in a VLE (TeleTOP)

Grow awareness on team roles

Gain knowledge of and insight in levels in (virtual) communication

Gain knowledge of and insight in constructing a continuous learning line; learn and apply in coherence

Receive an overview on iEARN projects; beginners – advanced

Include evaluation and assessment in projects:

  • skills, knowledge, attitude and insight
  • criteria

Approve upon a blended learning approach; training and ‘learning on the job’; trainers reflect upon their support of teachers and facilitation of projects in school.
